JASON SANTOS / OWNER / CHEF

Jason divides his time as owner and chef at Abby Lane, a sleek, two-floor restaurant located in the heart of Boston's Theater District; Buttermilk & Bourbon, a New Orleans influenced restaurant with as much character and charm as the city itself; and at Citrus & Salt, a coastal Mexican restaurant in Boston’s Back Bay. His fourth restaurant, B & B Fish, in Marblehead, features coastal New England summertime favorites with Jason’s signature twists.

 

Santos is also a recurring guest on the Today Show, the CBS Early Show, the CBS television show The Talk, and subsequent seasons of Hell's Kitchen. Santos also appears regularly on the popular Paramount TV hit show, Bar Rescue- where he rehabilitates failing restaurants and bars as a restaurant consultant alongside Jon Taffer. You can also catch Jason this winter/spring on Fox’s hit show Hell’s Kitchen alongside Chef Gordon Ramsay as his sous chef for the Blue Team

 

In March of 2019, Santos debuted his first cookbook, Buttermilk & Bourbon, which is available at bookstores across the nation and on Amazon.
